I think it was 2001, when I was originally booked as a feature act at Arthur House in Platteville, Wisconsin (and it’s still going strong to this day). “The Couch Commander” Mike Marvell was one of the 1st guys to give me a paid spot on the road in my come-up years. 🤑

Now he is one of the most requested repeat comedians on The Grassroots Comedy Tour.
